It should be implemented

- adding an additional option in the form of a website
- adding of a fee for adding an advertisement in a selected category
- adding of payments for advertisements promoted by tpay.com
- adding of a fee for highlighting the advertisement
- adding of a fee for the distinction of the advertisement
- adding of a fee for adding the "URGENT" label
- adding of the fee for "raising the advertisement", that is, promoting the announcement on the first
positions in given categories
- and Other graphics or programming patches that must be implemented for the above functions.
