I need an online store based on OpenSource.

Details:

- speed - I want this store with not too many products - about 100 works quickly

- selected opensource solution - so that it does not block me with plugin updates, etc. - similar to WooCommerce

- a predefined theme will be installed with a slight modification (really small)

- paypal / stripe payment gateways

- ability to set shipments - country / weight

- launching 1-2 landing page
