The order concerns the creation of a mobile application in the form of a multi-functional Help Desk for technical issues. An application consisting of three level customer service in the field of solving the problem at the construction site, at home, etc. The individual levels allow to solve the "here and now" order depending on the complexity of the problem. Boot chat, create ticket, live chat etc. are to be the main driving force of the application.
