About me

My name is Paulina Dominiak-Kołcuń For eleven years I've worked as an assistant in a corporation. When I became mom for a third time I decided to exchange my office hills for home sleepers and use my experience to become a Virtual Assistant. I'm responsible and very well organized person. I always keep the deadlines as well as terms and conditions of the contract. I'm an open minded person, willing to take up new challenges and learn quickly. I work as a freelancer and monitor my work in the Toggl program. The tasks I would like to take are: - contact with customers and contractors by e-mail and telephone in Polish and English, - organization of business trips, booking hotels, flights, trains, car rental, etc. - preparation of reports in Excel, - preparing databases, - writing , texts on a blog, fan pages, comments, - Internet research, - translations from Polish into English and vice versa, - organization of company events, business dinners, conferences, etc. - ordering clothes for employees and advertising gadgets, - assistance in dealing with private matters, such as arranging doctor's appointments, online shopping, booking holidays, arranging a car for service, private official formalities such as registering a vehicle.
