I have Social Media experience gained in British online travel agency.

Main duties: - Improving review scores across multiple channels (TrustPilot, ReviewCentre,SiteJabber), analysing feedback to forward to relevant department heads and overseeing internal changes to encourage positive sentiment. - Improving reputation on social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and monitoring online sentiment via Radian6. - Taking escalated cases from other members of the brand reputation team and being able to make decisions that non-senior agents may not have the authority to make. - Team management including training for new team members.

- A member of management team at lowcostholidays. - Working on salesforce CRM system, Social Studio, iVector and social platforms.
