We are currently hiring for the position of:
Telesales Consultant (remote work from home)

YOUR 5 BASIC TASKS INCLUDE:
• Selling products known from online, press and TV ads.
• Executing orders and providing current customer service support.
• Maintaining positive relations with customers and answering their questions.
• Acting as an advisor to tailor products to individual needs.
• Creating a positive image for the company.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in telephone customer service and in the sale of products advertised in mass media,
• Knowledge of sales techniques,
• Achieving the determined sales objectives,
• Communicativeness, vigour and ease in establishing interpersonal relations,
• A nice voice, impeccable diction and good manners,
• Foreign language skills are an advantage.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• A fast and stable Internet connection.
• A space at home that enables convenient working conditions.
