In this role I’m responsible for the warehouse management , outbound logistics , lean management as well as leading a team within lean flow management and projects.

In this role I was responsible for proper inventory levels of components from national and international suppliers, making sure that components are available to meet the production demand. Identifying and solving blocking points.

I was responsible for replenishment planning of dairy products and I managed replenishment in accordance with demand, inventory levels and within the production cycles making sure to meet the delivery and scrap targets for SKUs in my portfolio.
