Hello ! I am looking for a graphic designer to create an original logo for my company which, deals with real estate brokerage. I would like the logo to be in PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG formats including the logo book and the transfer of copyright to the company. As for the Logo itself, I care for it to be simple, unique, aesthetic, minimalist, something along the lines of a cool font and cool minimalist graphic additions. The subject of the assignment is the preparation of a key visual proposal comprising at least 12 selected images based on in-house research (stock photos, Instagram, Tumblr, online portfolios, etc.). The photos must be graphically consistent, represent a specific 'tone of voice', colour palette (retouching allowed), depict a variety of scenes and be in line with other brand guidelines (provided to selected contractors). Subject matter: automotive, various modes of transport, mechanics, motorsports. Images can come from one or more artists (cannot come from brands).
