ASAP - INSTANT EMPLOYMENT - ASAP

We're an international company operating in the online sales for more than 5 years in more than 20 countries, selling different types of products: cosmetics, toys, car-cosmetics, hair appliances, make-up, etc...(one of our websites: www.vigoshop.pl)

We're looking for a serious and flexible POLISH native speaker for the job: Facebook comments moderator

Some of your responsabilities would be:

- comments hiding/unhiding

- replying to comments (with already-prepared templates)

- bug reporting

- accurate checking of actual product prices

- occasional translation / proofreading of FB ads

Other preferences:

- no experience needed, just follow our instructions and you'll be all set!

- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed (usually we use Google Sheets)

- you need to be communicative and able to get out of the situation in a diplomatic way

- Your English is on a good level, so we can maintain communication and you can follow the instructions

The job in figures:

Working days are MON - FRI = 8 hours (usually from 8 or 9 AM to 4 or 5 PM) and on the weekend you can choose to work 4 hours on Saturday and have a free Sunday or work 2 hours on both days 6 eur/h Shortly, this is what this job position is about: - you reply to the comments - you hide the negative ones - you need to search for product information if someone asks you something (we have a group channel where you can find answers or ask if you didn't find one) - you have prepared answers that you can simply copy-paste and add some variable information regarding some certain comment - we will need you sometimes for occasional translations or proofreading of some translations
