We are looking for someone to set up our IVR menu with all the extensions and extensions on FCN telephony. It has to be this operator and the service has to be set up pre-paid, that is, independently in the company's system.

I have a scheme developed for the transfer, all voice announcements recorded. It just needs to be technically embraced. The scheme includes 3 language versions and, from what I understood the company representative's instructions, 3 types of menus.
