I am looking for a contractor who can create a design of a homepage and landing page for a new internet portal that would allow creating and organizing events and creating a basic style guide for the frontend developer.
For my part, I provide initial wireframes (negotiable), text on pages created by the copywriter and full availability.

After selecting a particular artist, I will introduce him or her to the idea of the portal.
